Inspired by the Ube Halaya from Good Shepherd in Baguio City in the Philippines. This spreadable goodness is made with Ube which is a variety of purple yam. Great with fresh hot pandesal or eat it straight out of the jar. Use in Halo Halo or a breakfast bowl of chia seed pudding.

Pickup dates are not interchangeable once you have placed an order. If you do not pick up your order, it will be donated to a needy family or organization. We are happy to work with you if you are are unable to pickup your bread as scheduled.
